Forum Kayseri is one of the largest shopping centers in Anatolia. In addition to serving the city of Kayseri, it also serves the surrounding region, with an estimated potential customer base of 2 million people according to demographic data.

Beyond the development of the building itself, special attention was given to its landscape design and connection to the city. The interior facades were particularly designed, as they play a key role in supporting the semi-public life within the center. The overall design is in harmony with the surrounding historic urban fabric, with priority given to the use of local materials. Throughout the interiors, a lightweight, locally sourced stone — easy to shape and work with — was used. This choice significantly reduced material, transportation, and labor costs while enhancing the project's sustainability.
