"Led the conversion of a core & shell asset into a turnkey luxury serviced apartment development at Maslak, working directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side while overseeing construction, quality control, material selection, payment approvals, and early-stage concept development—coordinating the contractor, architect, and consultants to unlock value and deliver a high-quality, future-ready investment."
Located in Maslak—one of Istanbul’s central business districts—Maslak Service Apartments project is positioned within a highly dynamic and investment-driven urban context. The area has evolved into a major hub for finance, offices, and mixed-use developments, supported by strong transportation links including metro connections and major arterial roads.
The project is conceived as a compact, luxury residential rental development, responding to the increasing demand for flexible and serviced living concepts in Maslak. Its strategic location allows immediate access to key business zones while benefiting from proximity to retail, universities, offices and lifestyle amenities, reinforcing its appeal for both end-users and investors.
As it contributes to Maslak high-rise skyline, units are designed to maximize views, efficiency, and identity within a competitive market. The design contributes to this evolving urban fabric by introducing a modern, efficient building typology with a focus on compact planning and functionality.
Ser Prelude Maslak project consists of the fit-out and transformation of an existing office building into a high-end serviced apartment scheme. The program includes fitness facilities, meeting rooms, foyers, entrances, restaurants, parking areas, back-of-house (BOH) spaces, as well as electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and service infrastructure.
The concept was developed to offer a “home away from home” experience, supported by long-term rental services and enhanced security measures tailored to resident comfort and privacy.
Delivered with strong cost control, the project was completed 5% below the initial budget, achieving both operational efficiency and a high-quality living environment.
The result is a well-balanced and efficiently operated asset that combines the comfort of residential living with the service standards of hospitality, positioning the project as a competitive and resilient offering within Maslak.
