‘Innovia I’ is designed to be a primary example of upcoming urban scaled residence development phases of Yeşil REI. The aim was to create spacious housing units, abundant common spaces and evolve a sense of community through design.
7 residence blocks with 21 floors rise in a city with big earthquake risks. Despite the dimensional limitations of bearing-wall systems, spacious plan alternatives are provided for family and single residents.
Life had started at Innovia I, with the successful completion of the construction. It is now vivid with sports and recreation facilities that serve 1,073 apartments. Sport facilities house; enclosed and open swimming pools, saunas, fitness, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. Innovia I is a high-density, mixed-use residential complex with integrated lifestyle and community amenities.
Among the carefully designed landscape, residents can use jogging and cycling roads and refresh in the cafés. A life style retail center houses shops and bowling. Kindergarten is managed by a private school. The project has its own security, inner roads and visitor parking with each apartment has at least one car parking space.
It lead the way for the future phases of Innovia Urban developments.
