Adjacent to one of the biggest shopping centre of Europe, Forum Istanbul, and close to city’s bus terminal, ‘Forum Istanbul Residences’ has a very central location in the city Designing residences within such a noisy and chaotic environment was the biggest challenge. In doing so, building blocks were used as periphery walls protecting the inner courtyard, which contains recreation activities such as; parks, swimming pool, and fitness.

A total of 630 housing units with noise control specifications were designed to provide different life style alternatives for families and single residents.

Forum Istanbul Residence was developed as the residential component of the larger Forum Istanbul mixed-use scheme, aiming to capitalize on the strong retail gravity of the adjacent shopping center. From a real estate development perspective, the project reflects an early attempt in Istanbul to integrate large-scale retail with residential use, offering proximity-based living where daily needs, shopping, and leisure are within walking distance. This positioning targeted middle-income buyers seeking convenience and accessibility, especially given the project’s connections to major transportation routes and public transit.
