Forum Istanbul Office

STATUS

PROJECT SIZE

12,000 m2

Forum Istanbul is one of the largest retail developments in Turkey, offering around 176,000 m² of leasable space within a broader mixed-use scheme. Initially anchored by major international brands such as IKEA, Real, Praktiker, and Saturn, the tenant mix has evolved over time as some of these brands exited the Turkish market. The project maintains its open-air urban concept, with pedestrian streets, plazas, and public spaces that create a city-like retail experience. While it was not originally developed with a widely recognized sustainability certification such as LEED, operational practices have gradually incorporated energy efficiency measures typical of large-scale retail centers.

Forum Istanbul Office stands besides Forum Istanbul with Decathlon anchor in the south. A careful study of natural and effective daylight, desk sizes and arrangements was the starting point of this office design. All forms were shaped according this efficiency.

This building provides good working environment with its design as well as with its central location, natural light, carefully designed façade, prestigious entrance, security, good mechanical, electrical and data support systems, easy access through car park etc. Its proximity to public transport and major road connections to the city has remained one of its strongest advantages
