Kyrenia, the mediterranean harbor city of Northern Cyprus where the green mountains meet the sea is an attractive touristic destination. This development project was on a large site in the mountains of the city overlooking the sea. It was a development project by Davron Log Houses, with 23 villas in 4 different styles, unit pools and garages.
Unfortunately, the construction which had been initiated with permits, and even some log houses being built, could not be completed due to increasing costs of import taxes, change in building regulations, and investors pulling out.
